Read This or Keep Living Small

This isn’t a pretty little “self-help” book. It’s a wake-the-frack-up call for your life.

You didn’t pick this up because things are easy. You picked it up because something inside you is done. Done carrying the weight alone. Done putting everyone else first. Done faking fine. Done wondering if you’ll ever feel strong, free, and whole again. Or… you just want more.

Whether you’re a mother juggling five worlds at once, a single woman carving your own path, a daughter still searching for herself, or a grandmother who refuses to quit growing, you belong here.

This book holds 1,000 truths, and with each truth comes a challenge:

An action step to push you past comfort.

An inventory that forces you to ask yourself the hard questions:

Am I telling myself the truth?

Am I hiding behind excuses?

Am I ready to step up and actually live strong as heck, and free as frack?

This is not about cute quotes for your fridge. This is about you becoming untouchable. Unshakable. A person who knows their worth, owns her fire, and stops apologizing for being powerful.

Doesn’t matter if you’re 18 or 80. Doesn’t matter if you’re raising babies, managing a household, building a career, or rebuilding your life from the ground up. What matters is this: are you ready to face yourself, take action, and finally live free?

If yes, flip the page. If not, set this down. Stay stuck. Stay silent. Stay broken. The choice is yours.

###

🔥 A Warning:

This book will not fix you. It’s not a bandage. It’s not a therapist. It’s not here to hold your hand. It’s here to cut through your self-generated, bullshit, pride/ego/look-good bologna and become your freaking authentic self that you were meant to be. Now wouldn’t you like that?

Because you were never broken. You were just buried alive under fear, anger, resentment. “I’m not enough…. I’m too much… Feelings suck. They also keep us stuck. And, for the record, my father never said, “I love you”. And yet, here we are. So let’s get on with it.

You are the product of an infinite universe. *Strong. Savage. Sacred. And finally, fracking freedom is knocking on your door. Ready to respond?*

Welcome back to your authentic self.

*Roger Daniel Grubb Author of The Old Daddy, The New Daddy*, and a few other rebellions in print. Moving on…

###

Before We Begin-A primer.

Change doesn’t come when you think about it. It comes when you fracking move. Action is always the toll at the gate of “becoming a better version of myself”. No dream, no breakthrough, no rebirth happens without stepping into discomfort, risk, or flat-out war.

The truth: sometimes, the strongest move isn’t swinging back, it’s walking away.

Not every battle deserves your blood. Not every insult needs a response. And not every war is yours to win. Wisdom knows when to raise heck, and when to *ride* off without looking back. A real warrior knows this: the quiet exit can be more powerful than a loud victory.

So if you're here looking for rescue, stop. You are the rescue. This chapter isn’t going to coddle you. It’s going to remind you what you’re capable of when you finally choose action over fantasy.

Whether you're a man, a woman, or anyone claiming their strength, this ride is for you. Everyone's got ghosts. Everyone’s got grit. And everyone deserves to be strong as heck and free as frack.

Now let’s fracking begin 1,000 truths beginning with truth \#1.

Day 1

You're not owed stuff. Start there. Life’s not your sugar daddy. Respect is earned. Nobody’s handing you keys, take the gate down yourself.

Reflection Prompt: Where have you been waiting for someone else to fix what only you can?

Power Action: Write down one area of your life where you’ve been waiting instead of taking action.

Ride or Repeat: Come back to this nugget tonight. Ask yourself: Did I act, or did I stall?

> *🔥* DAY 2

If you're waiting for the right time, you're stalling. Fear wears a Rolex. Ride before the rust sets in.

Reflection Prompt: What dream or goal have you been “timing”? What would happen if you started today?

Power Action: Take one micro-step. Any action beats perfect timing.

Ride or Repeat: Did you move today, or did you plan yourself to death?

Day 3

Confidence isn’t born, it’s faked until it’s earned. Walk in like you own it. The feeling catches up later.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you shrinking when you should be swaggering?

Power Action: Fake the confidence. Stand taller, speak louder, take up space.

Ride or Repeat: Track how many times you stepped up instead of fading out.

Day 4

Nobody’s coming. Rescue your own booty. Be the knight. Dented armor and all.

Reflection Prompt: What have you been blaming on others that’s really yours to fix?

Power Action Make one decision today that puts your power back in your own hands.

Ride or Repeat: Who did you rely on today, and who did you become for yourself?

Day 5

Success is boring. Same grind. No claps. Stack bricks anyway.

Reflection Prompt: Are you chasing excitement or progress?

Power Action: Repeat one useful habit you usually skip.

Ride or Repeat: What did you build today, brick by brick?

Day 6

Happiness fades. Peace stays. Stop chasing highs. Build your stillness.

Reflection Prompt: What noise are you mistaking for joy?

Power Action: Create 10 minutes of silence. No screens. No scrolling. Just stillness.

Ride or Repeat: Did you feel peace today, or just stay busy?

Day 7

Excuses buy regret. Every time you delay, you chain your future.

Reflection Prompt: What excuse do you keep feeding? What would starving it feel like?

Power Action: Starve one excuse. Do the damn thing anyway.

Ride or Repeat: What did you do in spite of your excuse?

Day 8

You don’t need closure. You need guts. Burn the bridge and ride.

Reflection Prompt:

> What story are you waiting to “understand” before moving on?

Power Action:

> Write a goodbye letter you’ll never send. Then delete it.

Ride or Repeat:

> Did you let go today, or keep clinging to the past?

Day 9

If it doesn’t serve you, starve it. Dead weight sinks warriors.

Reflection Prompt: What dead habit, thought, or person is dragging your soul?

Power Action: Take one step away. Block. Delete. Quit. Cut.

Ride or Repeat: What did you starve today so your strength could grow?

Day 10

Fear lies in your own voice. Hear it. Ignore it. Ride anyway.

Reflection Prompt: What fear story is replaying in your head right now?

Power Action: Write it down. Burn it. Out loud, say the opposite.

Ride or Repeat: What fear did you override today with action?

Days 11-60

Grit wins when talent gets bored. Show up when others flake. Stay when others flee. Respect yourself enough to finish what you start.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you quitting too early, and what would self-respect do instead?

Power Action: Stay ten minutes longer than you feel like. Push past the quit.

Ride or Repeat: Did you outlast weakness, or give in early?

🔥 *DAY 12 * Self-love doesn’t mean soft. It means solid. It’s refusing to abandon yourself to please people who wouldn’t lift a finger for you. It’s boundaries without guilt. Standards without apology. Be kind, but never at the expense of your own fracking dignity.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you letting guilt override your self-respect?

Power Action: Say no where you’ve been saying yes to stay liked. Then watch how powerful you feel.

Ride or Repeat: Did you honor yourself, or sell yourself out today?

🔥 DAY 13

Self-love isn’t bubble baths and cake. It’s boundaries, discipline, and calling your own bullshit.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you confusing indulgence with self-respect?

Power Action: Say no to something that drains you. Loudly if needed.

Ride or Repeat: Did you respect your energy, or sell it for cheap?

🔥 DAY 14

Stop explaining your standards to people who benefit from you having none.

Reflection Prompt: Who gets offended when you protect your peace?

Power Action: Cut one conversation short today. Protect your damn time.

Ride or Repeat: Did you own your value, or discount your worth?

🔥 DAY 15 Pain is feedback. Not punishment. Use it. Don’t drown in it.

Reflection Prompt: What pain are you pretending isn’t trying to teach you?

Power Action: Journal the lesson inside your latest frustration.

Ride or Repeat: Did you learn from the hit, or just get hit?

🔥 DAY 16 Waiting for motivation is procrastination in a hoodie. Get moving. Motivation follows movement.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you waiting when you should be acting?

Power Action: Set a 15-minute timer. Start the thing you’ve been avoiding.

Ride or Repeat: Did you wait for a spark, or light the fire?

🔥 DAY 17 You can’t keep giving CPR to relationships that are already dead. Let go. That’s self-respect too.

Reflection Prompt: What (or who) are you trying to save that’s already gone?

Power Action: Delete a contact. Burn a bridge if it leads to nowhere.

Ride or Repeat: Did you cling, or did you cleanse?

🔥 DAY 18 You don’t need more time. You need fewer distractions. Cut the noise before it cuts your life in half.

Reflection Prompt: What are your top 3 distractions, and who profits from them?

Power Action: Silence notifications. One hour. No excuses.

Ride or Repeat: Did you focus, or fragment?

🔥 DAY 19 Confidence is built in private. No one claps for your reps. Clap anyway.

Reflection Prompt: What daily action would make you unstoppable in six months?

Power Action: Stack a private win today. Nobody needs to know but you.

Ride or Repeat: Did you build quietly, or beg loudly?

🔥 DAY 20 Your freedom lives on the other side of your excuses. Burn the story that keeps you small.

Reflection Prompt: What excuse do you repeat that sounds wise, but keeps you weak?

Power Action: Write it down. Cross it out. Replace it with a power move.

Ride or Repeat: Did you free yourself, or defend your prison?

🔥 DAY 21 If it drains you, it's too expensive, no matter the price tag. Protect your energy like it’s your last dollar.

Reflection Prompt: Who or what is overdrafting your peace account?

Power Action: Cancel one thing today that you agreed to out of guilt, not desire.

Ride or Repeat: Did you invest in energy, or leak it away?

🔥 DAY 22 Being real will cost you fake friends. Good. That’s a profit.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you faking it just to be liked?

Power Action: Say what you mean today, even if your voice shakes.

Ride or Repeat: Did you people-please, or truth-speak?

🔥 DAY 23 Your trauma wasn’t your fault. But your healing? That’s all you, baby.

Reflection Prompt: What pain are you still blaming someone else for?

Power Action: Forgive yourself for staying wounded. Then take one healing step.

Ride or Repeat: Did you lick the wound, or stitch it?

🔥 DAY 24 Every time you avoid the hard conversation, you choose resentment over respect. Speak up or shut up, but stop whining.

Reflection Prompt: What truth have you swallowed so long it’s become poison?

Power Action: Speak the damn truth. Kindly. Clearly. Now.

Ride or Repeat: Did you spit the truth, or choke on it?

🔥 DAY 25 You don’t rise to your goals. You fall to your standards. Make them unbreakable.

Reflection Prompt: Where are your standards too damn low?

Power Action: Raise one non-negotiable. Stick to it no matter what.

Ride or Repeat: Did you hold the line, or move the goalposts?

🔥 DAY 26 If they wanted to, they would. Stop decoding mixed signals from lazy people.

Reflection Prompt: Who are you over-explaining yourself to?

Power Action: Let one dead thread die. Don’t double-text. Don’t chase.

Ride or Repeat: Did you chase clarity, or cling to crumbs?

🔥 DAY 27 You’re not behind. You’re just on your own damn timeline. Stop comparing.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you measuring your worth with someone else’s ruler?

Power Action: Delete one app that feeds the comparison trap.

Ride or Repeat: Did you honor your path, or get lost in theirs?

🔥 DAY 28 Anger isn’t ugly. Repressed anger is. Let it move through, not rot inside.

Reflection Prompt: What anger are you swallowing that deserves a voice?

Power Action: Scream in the car. Write a rage letter (don’t send it). Let it OUT.

Ride or Repeat: Did you process, or suppress?

🔥 DAY 29 You don't need closure. You need clarity, and that's an inside job.

Reflection Prompt: What answer are you begging from someone who already left?

Power Action: Write the closure letter. Burn it. You’re free.

Ride or Repeat: Did you beg for peace, or become it?

🔥 DAY 30 Most people won’t understand your transformation. Good. It’s not their damn job.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you shrinking to fit someone else's comfort zone?

Power Action: Post the truth. Wear the thing. Say what scares you.

Ride or Repeat: Did you expand, or edit yourself?

🔥 DAY 31 Silence is a response. Indifference is a decision. Stop chasing what’s already walked away.

Reflection Prompt: Who’s been quiet long enough for you to hear the truth?

Power Action: Unfollow. Unfriend. Unhook. Free your damn self.

Ride or Repeat: Did you chase silence, or choose peace?

🔥 DAY 32 Discipline is a love language. Show up for yourself like someone who gives a damn.

Reflection Prompt: What promise do you keep breaking to yourself?

Power Action: Keep one today. No matter what.

Ride or Repeat: Did you stand tall, or flake again?

🔥 DAY 33 You don’t owe anyone access to you. Your time is a vault. Guard the key.

Reflection Prompt: Who gets too much of you for too little in return?

Power Action: Change your availability. Say “no” without an excuse.

Ride or Repeat: Did you protect your vault, or hand out spare keys?

🔥 DAY 34 A man or woman with no vision will always follow distraction. Wake up and lead your damn life.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you drifting when you should be driving?

Power Action: Set one bold goal today. Speak it. Write it. Own it.

Ride or Repeat: Did you steer, or drift?

🔥 DAY 35 Being kind doesn't mean being a doormat. There’s power in soft strength, and fire in boundaries.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you confusing kindness with self-erasure?

Power Action: Say what you need, not what keeps the peace.

Ride or Repeat: Did you honor both your fire and your grace?

🔥 DAY 36 You teach people how to treat you by what you allow. Set the damn standard.

Reflection Prompt: What behavior are you silently accepting that disrespects you?

Power Action: Call it out. One time. One line. No apology.

Ride or Repeat: Did you reinforce respect, or enable disrespect?

🔥 DAY 37 Waiting for perfect is fear in disguise. Start messy. Learn loud.

Reflection Prompt: What have you delayed in the name of “getting ready”?

Power Action: Launch it. Post it. Say it. Move now.

Ride or Repeat: Did you move, or marinate in fear?

🔥 DAY 38 You're not hard to love. They're just unequipped. Stop shrinking to fit broken hearts.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you blaming yourself for someone else’s lack?

Power Action: Speak this: “I am not too much. I am just not for you.”

Ride or Repeat: Did you self-blame, or self-claim?

🔥 DAY 39 Comfort zones are graveyards in disguise. Safety is seductive, but growth is savage.

Reflection Prompt: What small, safe place are you pretending is enough?

Power Action: Do one thing today that makes your stomach flip.

Ride or Repeat: Did you stretch, or stay stuck?

🔥 DAY 40 Your vibe is louder than your voice. Clean your energy before you speak your truth.

Reflection Prompt: What do people feel before you say a word?

Power Action: Fix your posture. Fix your mindset. Walk like a storm.

Ride or Repeat: Did you lead with presence, or pollute the room?

🔥 DAY 41 If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Comfort builds nothing but soft lives.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you too comfortable to grow?

Power Action: Choose the harder path today. Even if it sucks.

Ride or Repeat: Did you train your strength, or baby your weakness?

🔥 DAY 42 Not everyone deserves a front-row seat to your evolution. Some need to watch from the parking lot.

Reflection Prompt: Who keeps pulling you backward under the disguise of “love”?

Power Action: Demote one person from VIP to general admission.

Ride or Repeat: Did you protect your rise, or drag dead weight?

🔥 DAY 43 Stop watering fake friendships. Real ones don’t need constant convincing.

Reflection Prompt: Who do you chase more than they show up?

Power Action: Pause all effort. See who notices.

Ride or Repeat: Did you force connection, or honor truth?

🔥 DAY 44 Rock bottom has a basement if you keep digging. Choose the damn ladder.

Reflection Prompt: What habit is dragging you deeper instead of lifting you up?

Power Action: Break one self-destructive loop today. Replace it.

Ride or Repeat: Did you climb, or keep digging?

🔥 DAY 45 Clarity comes from movement, not thinking. You can’t outthink stuck. You gotta outmove it.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you paralyzed by overthinking?

Power Action: Take one action today before you’re “ready.”

Ride or Repeat: Did you act, or spiral?

🔥 DAY 46 You’re either building a life or numbing from it. Choose one.

Reflection Prompt: What distraction are you calling “stress relief”?

Power Action: Replace a numbing habit with a power ritual.

Ride or Repeat: Did you numb, or build?

Power Action: Say the thing you’ve been softening. Say it straight.

Ride or Repeat: Did you live aligned, or perform for applause?

Ride or Repeat: Did you face it, or fake it?

🔥 DAY 54 You don’t have anger issues. You have suppression issues. Feel it. Own it. Channel it.

Reflection Prompt: Where do you bottle fire instead of forging with it?

Power Action: Move that rage through your body. Then make something.
