🔥 Read This or Keep Living Small.

This isn’t a pretty little “self-help” book. It’s a wake-the-frack-up call for your life.

You didn’t pick this up because things are easy. You picked it up because something inside you is done. Done carrying the weight alone. Done putting everyone else first. Done faking fine. Done wondering if you’ll ever feel strong, free, and whole again. Or… you just want more.

Whether you’re a mother juggling five worlds at once, a single woman carving your own path, a daughter still searching for herself, or a grandmother who refuses to quit growing, you belong here.

This book holds 1,000 truths, and with each truth comes a challenge:

An action step to push you past comfort.

An inventory that forces you to ask yourself the hard questions:

Am I telling myself the truth?

Am I hiding behind excuses?

Am I ready to step up and actually live strong as heck, and free as frack?

This is not about cute quotes for your fridge. This is about you becoming untouchable. Unshakable. A person who knows their worth, owns her fire, and stops apologizing for being powerful.

Doesn’t matter if you’re 18 or 80. Doesn’t matter if you’re raising babies, managing a household, building a career, or rebuilding your life from the ground up. What matters is this: are you ready to face yourself, take action, and finally live free?

If yes, flip the page. If not, set this down. Stay stuck. Stay silent. Stay broken. The choice is yours.

###

🔥 A Warning:

This book will not fix you. It’s not a bandage. It’s not a therapist. It’s not here to hold your hand. It’s here to cut through your self-generated, bullshit, pride/ego/look-good bologna and become your freaking authentic self that you were meant to be. Now wouldn’t you like that?

Because you were never broken. You were just buried alive under fear, anger, resentment. “I’m not enough…. I’m too much… Feelings suck. They also keep us stuck. And, for the record, my father never said, “I love you”. And yet, here we are. So let’s get on with it.

You are the product of an infinite universe. *Strong. Savage. Sacred. And finally, fracking freedom is knocking on your door. Ready to respond?*

Welcome back to your authentic self.

*Roger Daniel Grubb Author of The Old Daddy, The New Daddy*, and a few other rebellions in print. Moving on…

Before We Begin-A primer.

Change doesn’t come when you think about it. It comes when you fracking move. Action is always the toll at the gate of “becoming a better version of myself”. No dream, no breakthrough, no rebirth happens without stepping into discomfort, risk, or flat-out war.

The truth: sometimes, the strongest move isn’t swinging back, it’s walking away.

Not every battle deserves your blood. Not every insult needs a response. And not every war is yours to win. Wisdom knows when to raise heck, and when to *ride* off without looking back. A real warrior knows this: the quiet exit can be more powerful than a loud victory.

So if you're here looking for rescue, stop. You are the rescue. This chapter isn’t going to coddle you. It’s going to remind you what you’re capable of when you finally choose action over fantasy.

Whether you're a man, a woman, or anyone claiming their strength, this ride is for you. Everyone's got ghosts. Everyone’s got grit. And everyone deserves to be strong as heck and free as frack.

Now let’s fracking begin 1,000 truths beginning with truth \#1.

Day 1

You're not owed stuff. Start there. Life’s not your sugar daddy. Respect is earned. Nobody’s handing you keys, take the gate down yourself.

Reflection Prompt: Where have you been waiting for someone else to fix what only you can?

Power Action: Write down one area of your life where you’ve been waiting instead of taking action.

Ride or Repeat: Come back to this nugget tonight. Ask yourself: Did I act, or did I stall?

> *🔥* DAY 2

If you're waiting for the right time, you're stalling. Fear wears a Rolex. Ride before the rust sets in.

Reflection Prompt: What dream or goal have you been “timing”? What would happen if you started today?

Power Action: Take one micro-step. Any action beats perfect timing.

Ride or Repeat: Did you move today, or did you plan yourself to death?

Day 3

Confidence isn’t born, it’s faked until it’s earned. Walk in like you own it. The feeling catches up later.

Reflection Prompt: Where are you shrinking when you should be swaggering?

Power Action: Fake the confidence. Stand taller, speak louder, take up space.

Ride or Repeat: Track how many times you stepped up instead of fading out.

Day 4

Nobody’s coming. Rescue your own booty. Be the knight. Dented armor and all.

Reflection Prompt: What have you been blaming on others that’s really yours to fix?

Power Action Make one decision today that puts your power back in your own hands.

Ride or Repeat: Who did you rely on today, and who did you become for yourself?

Day 5

Success is boring. Same grind. No claps. Stack bricks anyway.

Reflection Prompt: Are you chasing excitement or progress?

Power Action: Repeat one useful habit you usually skip.

Ride or Repeat: What did you build today, brick by brick?

Day 6

Happiness fades. Peace stays. Stop chasing highs. Build your stillness.

Reflection Prompt: What noise are you mistaking for joy?

Power Action: Create 10 minutes of silence. No screens. No scrolling. Just stillness.

Ride or Repeat: Did you feel peace today, or just stay busy?

Day 7

Excuses buy regret. Every time you delay, you chain your future.

Reflection Prompt: What excuse do you keep feeding? What would starving it feel like?

Power Action: Starve one excuse. Do the damn thing anyway.

Ride or Repeat: What did you do in spite of your excuse?

Day 8

You don’t need closure. You need guts. Burn the bridge and ride.

Reflection Prompt:

> What story are you waiting to “understand” before moving on?

Power Action:

> Write a goodbye letter you’ll never send. Then delete it.

Ride or Repeat:

> Did you let go today, or keep clinging to the past?

Day 9

If it doesn’t serve you, starve it. Dead weight sinks warriors.

Reflection Prompt: What dead habit, thought, or person is dragging your soul?

Power Action: Take one step away. Block. Delete. Quit. Cut.

Ride or Repeat: What did you starve today so your strength could grow?

Day 10

Fear lies in your own voice. Hear it. Ignore it. Ride anyway.

Reflection Prompt: What fear story is replaying in your head right now?

Power Action: Write it down. Burn it. Out loud, say the opposite.

Ride or Repeat: What fear did you override today with action?
